Across industries and sectors we share the ambition that more useful knowledge is generated and translated into practice, to increase the impact of research and improve the way we work. Knowledge mobilisation is often about working 'in the middle', at the interface between research and practice. It brings together different worlds with different goals and different functions.

    An Innovative Civil Society: Impact through Co-creation and Participation

    The conference has received around 180 abstracts and expects around 250 participants who will seek to explore experiences with research and innovation for, with and by civil society, and develop policy recommendations and articulate research needs within community-based research and research focusing on societal challenges.

  • Global Community Engaged Medical ‘Education Muster’ 

    This event will take place from 27-30 October 2014 at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort, adjacent to Uluru. The 2014 Muster is the fourth conference to be hosted by Flinders University and Northern Ontario School of Medicine. 

    Partners in presenting the 2014 Muster are James Cook University, Federation of Rural Australian Medical Educators (FRAME), Training for Health Equity Network (THEnet) and Consortium of Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (CLIC).
