IT Tralee to host the PEPAYS Ireland Forum next Monday May 30th

The Institute will be hosting the PEPAYS Ireland Forum on Monday May 30th 2016 from 8am to 5.00pm in the SOLAS Building.

The themes for the forum are devised from UNESCO’s International Charter of Physical Education, Physical Activity & Sport (2015):

  1. Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport as a Fundamental Right for All
  2. Benefits of Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport
  3. A Strategic Vision on Policy Priorities Across all Stakeholders

The keynote at PEPAYS 2016 will be delivered by Keith Wood and there are some very interesting talks and panel discussions taking place on the day.

There is also a breakfast briefing from 8-9 am which is worth getting in early for, and is open to anyone across the stakeholder groups who has a role in policy, education, sport, health, (RSVP to this email address needed for catering).
