CSSI Summer Seminar 2012, will take place in UCC on June 14th. Engagement is a key part of the National Strategy for Higher Education, and the seminar will focus on "How Student Services Can Support Engagement". The seminar will feature several high-profile speakers from Ireland and the US, and case studies of good practice in engagement for the seminar.
